Dutch design Priola lamps by designer Ad van Berlo for Indoor Amsterdam, 1980s

495,00

These are two Priola design lamps from the 80s. The lamps were designed by Dutch designer Ad van Berlo and produced by Indoor Amsterdam.
The lamps have a pastel green border under the shade and also the on and off button is pastel green. The lamp has real 80's elements. The pyramid-shaped shade and the foot in the shape of a half moon show influences from Memphis.
The Priola's fine double stand can be rotated over 90 degrees to the left (front view). This is done with extraordinary elegance.
The use of matte black and the light source (halogen) make the Priola a lamp that could only be made at the time. The Priola also meets most of the 10 principles of good design by Dieter Rams.

The dimensions are: 47 cm height - 17 cm width of the base
