Mid-Century Teak Highboard by Johannes Andersen for Uldum Mobelfabric - 1960s (Sold)

This piece, No. 14 by Johannes Andersen for Uldum Møbelfabrik. gorgeous details include the sculpted solid teak base, amazing hand-carved handles with "fins" that turn the corner on the drawers, and overall very fine construction and attention to detail. It has the perfect patina of properly-cared-for 60-year-old teak. On the top, the outer sliding doors open to reveal adjustable shelving. The center section houses 3 shelfs. Below are six drawers. The outer four shallow drawers are felt-lined. This piece is in very good vintage condition.
